Location: the hotel was next to Tonsberg, the city centre of Tønsberg and the railway station and hospital. I tried some drinks at restaurant Jade Restaurant & Bar, located 15 minutes walk away.

Not one thing.

We had a great time staying here for 2 days, enjoyed our rooms which had good amenities like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a sofa bed, and the friendly staff created a welcoming family atmosphere.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a stone's throw away from the train station and within walking distance of the city center. It couldn't be more convenient, especially if you're traveling by train or want to explore the city on foot. the rooms are modern and comfortable, with clean and well, equipped bathrooms. the no, check, in process is smooth and hassle, free, and the hotel provides all necessary information through SMS. Plus, there's a cozy cafe nearby where you can grab a delicious cup of coffee and some tasty pastries.

We loved our stay! The hotel facilities were great, with an in-house bakery and cozy breakfast area with a real fireplace. The location was also very convenient, right near the train station and in the shopping area. We were able to park our car in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their face.

The hotel's location is great as it is very close to the train station and the center of the city. It is also not far from the airport, which makes it very convenient for business travelers. the room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. the small kitchen in the room turned out to be very useful throughout my stay. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the gym and laundry facilities were a great plus.

The lack of cups and spoons near the electric kettle provided in the room made it unusable, which was a bit of a disappointment.

The room at Wilhelmsen House was perfect for me as a vegetarian/vegan. I loved having a kitchenette with kitchenware, allowing me to cook my own meals. The soundproofing in the double room was a definite plus, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The flat-screen TV in every room was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Personally, I didn't really enjoy the private bathroom's shower. It was just not my cup of tea, but others might still find it perfectly fine.

The accessibility for senior people was excellent, with easy-to-navigate hallways and elevators that made it convenient for me to get around.

I would have loved to see more assistance from the staff, especially for senior people like myself. It would have been helpful if the children working there could have been more attentive and available to answer questions or assist with any needs that arose during my stay.

The parking was safe within a fence, and the personnel were really service-minded. the location was great and close to the city center. the gym was a fun treat, and the common area was clean and stylish.

The breakfast was disappointing and expensive, and there was an additional charge for parking. the rooms were not always clean, and the pictures in the hallway gave off an odd vibe.

We had a great city break at this hotel. The self-catering apartments were well-equipped and the little kitchenette was handy for saving money. The room was perfectly quiet and we slept really well on the comfy bed. One of the best aspects was the breakfast.
